Meet Our Staff

Kasi is a dedicated and experienced preschool director with a true passion for early childhood education. With more than 10 years of experience working with young children and four years serving as a preschool director, she has developed strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Kasi is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and enriching environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day. She believes that the early years are the foundation for lifelong success and strives to help every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She is excited to bring her experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to the families of GymKids Preschool Academy.

Outside of the classroom, Kasi is a proud mother to two wonderful children, Miley and Kyson, who inspire her daily and further strengthen her love for working with children and families.

Brenna Mahnke is a dedicated and enthusiastic Gym Manager who genuinely loves working with children and families. With a background in school administration and a passion for creating positive experiences for young people, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Aerial Athletics. Brenna is committed to providing exceptional customer service, supporting staff, and helping create a welcoming environment where every child can learn, grow, and succeed. Her strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and commitment to helping children and families make her an important part of the Aerial Athletics team.

Outside of work, Brenna is married to Cade and is a proud mom to her two furry babies, Maverick and Memphis.

For the past four years, Sophia has had the privilege of working in early childhood education, helping young children learn, grow, and thrive. This rewarding experience has strengthened her passion for teaching and inspired her to pursue a degree in education. By combining hands-on classroom experience with continued academic growth, she is preparing for a future dedicated to making a positive impact on young learners.

With a caring heart, patient approach, and genuine love for children, she is committed to fostering meaningful connections and helping each child build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Trinity University graduate Heather Schnelzer is an experienced educator, entrepreneur, and business owner with a lifelong passion for children and child development. After opening Aerial Athletics in 2002, Heather combined her love for children, gymnastics, and education to create GymKids Preschool Academy—a nurturing and innovative learning environment designed to inspire young minds and foster a love of learning. She is dedicated to helping children build confidence, develop important life skills, and reach their full potential through hands-on experiences, movement, and exploration. Heather's vision and commitment to excellence have helped create a place where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn each day.

Heather is married to Mike and is the proud mother of Alden, Jackson, and Brody.
